West Akron Veterinary Clinic

I just recently moved to Copley and needed to see a new Vet for all 3 of my boy cats. This place is 5 minutes from my townhome. Dr.Brown is AMAZING with my animals and ME! It’s so easy to feel overlooked and/or diminished with concerns but she takes me seriously and listens. I’m not sure of Autumns title but I’ll just say she is the vet assistant as she is the one who holds my cats and I have to say that she is the BEST. I just had an apt today and the woman vet wasn’t in so I had an older gentleman that didn’t shave my cats behind really well( it’s also a $20 charge) and when he left, Autumn looked and told me she will get someone to help her to shave more of the mats out. It was so nice of her to do that and she was amazing with my cat! HUGE shout out to Autumn! Thank you so much! Best customer service and they are all so sweet there.

Gave 5 stars review years ago and needed to come back to say how truly amazing Dr. Brown-Herold and her clinic is with the care provided. Incredibly knowledgeable and a heart of gold to help my fur babies, such as through chronic terminal illness and emergency surgeries. The worst thing I can think of is thinking about when she retires!

My family has always used Dr. Brown and the lovely staff at West Akron. My rottweiler is now 7 (going on 8) years old and Dr. Brown has helped with all of her vet needs from her first few weeks until now. Always so helpful & knowledgeable and never makes me feel crazy for frantically calling about the symptoms I have been googling and self diagnosing. They are very affordable, plus they are open on Saturdays!
