I have 3 furbabies, Boswell Johnson, Finnegan Harper & Atticus Finch, under their care. The Vet. Wellness Center takes very good care of them. Dr. Larson was great updating me during Boswell’s latest shenanigans!

I switched to this vet because everyone was very nice and accommodating, and that part is true. Unfortunately, the actual care is where things fell apart. After spending around $400, my senior dog still had the exact same symptoms a month later. I contacted the clinic and they brought us back in, gave him a new diagnosis and more medication. Another $400 later and 30 more days of meds, not only were his original symptoms unchanged, but my dog went from having excellent hearing to being 100% deaf. I later learned that one of the medications prescribed has a well-known and high risk of permanent hearing loss, especially in senior dogs. My dog is now completely deaf. I reported this to the clinic and they asked me to come back in, but at that point I was hesitant. He was objectively worse than when we started, I was out roughly $800, and my dog had permanently lost his hearing. I took him to a different vet, who immediately identified the original issue correctly and confirmed that the prior medication carried a significant risk of hearing loss and should have been used with extreme caution, if at all. I contacted this clinic again, calmly explained what happened, and requested a refund. I never received a response. I gave them multiple opportunities to address this before leaving a review. I’m giving 3 stars only because the staff is friendly. Based strictly on diagnosis, treatment, and outcome, this would be 1 star. My dog spent two months on medication he didn’t need, I had to spend an additional $500 elsewhere, and most importantly, my dog is no longer the same. Watching him look confused because he can’t hear anymore is heartbreaking. I’m not angry. I understand mistakes happen. But being ignored afterward and offered no accountability or refund is unacceptable. Ballie ( my dachshund ) deserved better than that !😫😣. ( using wife’s acct to leave feedback.
