10 out of 10!! these ladies care about their patients and their patients parents! We are also reasonably priced in the response time is quick! I won't take my fur babies anywhere else!

Just got back from the clinic about an hour ago.They had my 14 year old dog in the back for less than 5 min to administer a few shots. I guess she peed all over the place when she was back there. Ok cool I get it she was prob scared and couldn't help it. She is old it happens. Sorry I guess? Then they bring her to me and she is bleeding all over the place from an abscess by her mouth that I am in the middle of trying to get removed. Thats half the reason i went there today. It has been there over a month and she hasn't once bit it or made it drop blood like that. A little bit of plasma oozing tops. Today it took over 5 min of trying to get the blood to stop. Plus while i was trying to clean up my dogs blood and stop it from bleeding the vet tech lady mentioned something about getting payment. Like lady i will gladly pay you when I get my dog to stop bleeding from whatever you guys did. I literally had blood on my hands at this point and she was talking about money. Then I get her back from them stopping the blood (because i couldn't do it myself after trying w/o any help other than a few paper towels) and the other lady wouldnt even let go of the leash till she saw me pulling out my wallet. I felt like I was being treated like i was going to walk out on my bill or something like that. I was respectful, calm as can be and prob should have been making a little bit of a scene tbh but i chose not to. I've been going to this place for close to 15 years now. Always paid the day of and everything. I think i missed an appointment once. No sorry or anything about what happened either. Almost like they didnt want to take responsibility or something. Like I said she wasnt even back there 5 min. Even if it wasnt their fault I didnt deserve to be treated like my payment is more important than my dogs well being. Or like I wasn't going to make said payment. Very unprofessional. I left w a bill of about $620 for shots and bloodwork also. I dont have any problem paying a little extra but not when me and my dog are treated that way. 3 stars is more than fair for what happened today and is prob being too nice.

Was looking for a new vet and they were accepting new patients which is hard to find. From the phone call to meeting the front girls it was so nice to have friendly people during a stressful time for my fur baby. Dr. J was more than helpful and I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks for taking care of Ruger 🐾❤️

Terrible customer service and pricing. Told me I needed $200 worth of blood tests for my 1 year old cat along with $450-$550 worth of dental care. When I called and inquired about the necessity of the blood tests, I was told that my cat would potentially die under anesthesia without the tests. When I got a second opinion I was estimated over HALF of what they originally estimated me. They also forced me to purchase medicine and a vaccine that wasn’t necessary for my cat. Additionally, the receptionist I talked to was incredibly rude and dismissive. Did not care about my concerns and was not transparent with me. It sounded like I was talking to a 16 year old teenage girl with an attitude problem. I waited over an hour after my scheduled appointment time to be seen by an actual vet. They also did not listen to my concerns of my cat constantly sneezing and having a runny nose. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone. They just do not care.
